Willow Pond Lodge

Every room has all the amenities of home but each has its own unique character. With a huge timber beam ceiling, a large stone fireplace, and windows that bring the outdoors in - Willow Pond Lodge is the essence of the best of Pacific Northwest island life. The living room at Willow Pond Lodge is over 1,300 square feet. It is divided into various intimate seating areas to allow for quiet conversations. There is even a Steinway baby grand piano!
The large, wood burning stone fireplace is a perfect spot to relax. Plenty of firewood is supplied. A color TV with satellite programming, a DVD player and a stereo system (for tapes and CDs) are hidden away in the armoire.
There are two dining areas at the Lodge. The main dining table is an enormous piece of solid wood that can sit up to 16 people. The nearby breakfast table will seat 8. An additional table in the living room can seat 6 more so there are many choices for dining arrangements.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, numerous windows as well as a private balcony with views of the water and mountains. The spacious master bath has an oversized glass enclosed shower for two, a comfortable tub with treehouse-like views and a heated tile floor.
Located at the top of the stairs, this cheerful bedroom has a double bed and views of the meadow. It also has a private half bath with a toilet and sink.
The Guesthouse is situated about 20 feet from the Lodge. It is a bright space with a bay window for views of the water. It has a queen sized bed downstairs and a single futon in the loft.
The Lodge is surrounded by a large yard in both the front and back – ideal for volley ball, horseshoes or croquet. It also has a spacious deck with plenty of seating areas and views overlooking Saratoga Passage. The covered front porch has rocking chairs and a swinging hammock. There is a hot tub for your enjoyment with views of the water.
The large open kitchen is ideal for cooking while entertaining. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware and has all the usual amenities including: dishwasher, microwave, blender, food processor, ice maker, gas stove top and two coffee makers. A gas grill is conveniently located outside for BBQs. There is a large pantry off the kitchen with a full-sized washer and dryer.
With three and a half bathrooms to choose from, the lodge can easily accommodate up to 13 people. Three of the bathrooms have showers and one also has a bath tub. There are two water heaters to assure plenty of hot water. Feel free to add to our growing rubber ducky collection!
